Cascade Cross Country Center is located in the heart of the High Peaks region of the Adirondacks, just 5 miles from Lake Placid on Rt. 73.
If you are traveling from Downstate NY (Albany, NYC):
Take the NYS Northway (Interstate 87) directly north; take Exit 30 off the Northway onto Rt. 73; drive approximately 25 miles north towards Lake Placid; Cascade Cross Country Center is 5 miles southeast of Lake Placid on the left-hand side.
If you are traveling from the north (Plattsburgh, Canada):
Take the Adk Northway to Rt. 9N to Keene, NY; go northwest on Rt. 73 for 8 miles; Cascade Cross Country Center is on your left.
From Lake Placid:
Travel 5 miles southeast on Rt. 73 towards Keene, NY; Cascade Cross Country Center is on the right.
